Return & Refund Policy

FCKN COFFEE and Perishable Items:
FCFKN COFFEE is perishable, so once it’s roasted and in your hands, it CANNOT be returned. But if we screw up your order, hit us up at support@fckncoffee.com within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right. No BS, no hoops.

How to Get It Fixed:

1. Shoot us an email at support@fckncoffee.com

2. Include your order number, what went wrong, and a clear photo.

3. We’ll sort it out with a replacement or refund, pronto.

Non-perishable FCKN COFFEE MERCH:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo showing the issue. We’ll replace it or issue a refund. No need to return the product.

Other Returns: FCKN COFFEE merch is just like our coffee - we print each item AFTER you order it. Changed your mind? Wrong size? We’ll hear you out… but your story better be epic.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Once you buy them, you own them. No take-backs.

Refunds:

Once we approve your return, your cash goes back to your original payment method automatically. Heads up — it might take a minute for your bank or card to catch up and show the refund.

Delivery Responsibility (a.k.a. Package Pirates Suck):

Look, we hate porch pirates as much as you do. Here’s how to navigate this sucky situation:

Carrier Responsibility: Your package is the carrier’s problem until they scan it as “Delivered” to your mailbox, locker, or doorstep.

Your Responsibility: Once it’s marked “Delivered,” it’s officially in your hands — even if some sticky-fingered neighbor decides to go shopping on your porch.

Our Responsibility: We’ll ship it to the exact address you gave us, give you tracking, and cheer it on as it makes its way to you. But once delivery is confirmed, we can’t take the blame for theft.


If Your Coffee Goes Missing:

Before you panic, here’s what to do:

1. Check around — mailbox cluster, porch, neighbors, that weird bush your carrier loves.

2. Give it 24 hours — sometimes carriers scan early.

3. Call your local Post Office or carrier — they might know where it landed.

4. File a report if it’s really gone:

         USPS Mail Theft Report

         Police Report (yeah, it’s a crime — report it)


FCKN COFFEE Support:

Replacements/Refunds: We don’t automatically replace or refund stolen packages — blame the pirates, not us.

Insurance: Some renters’ or homeowners’ policies cover package theft. Worth checking before you rage-cry into your empty mug.
